Hi Vasiliy, I ran across this repo and thought that it might be a good place to store some of the Matlab files that I used back in 2006 to do my LDPC error floor analysis research.

These are some of the files used during my research on LDPC Error Floors documented in: https://arxiv.org/pdf/cs/0605051.pdf

Dear Dr. Chad A. Cole Thank You So much for sharing Your source code! Your pioneering work has inspired me and I'm sure it will help so many scientist to go further in their research. Because we understand more and more that the LDPC codes are not what they seem - it is a way of organizing the Universe on manifolds of negative curvature.

You are welcome Vasiliy! I took a break from LDPC, but am now working on an LDPC erasure code project in my current job.
I recently ran across my old grad school files, so thought it would be good to put them in a public space. They probably need some cleaning up, but hopefully others can benefit from them!

Amazing, like Luby! I am now thinking a lot about LDPC codes on the class of continuous functions something like Compressed Sensing, RIP-2 theorem completely define LDPC graph, https://arxiv.org/pdf/1104.0224.pdf but more general Hyperbolic Manifolds. I think that it is very useful to post the source files of previous years, if possible, in order to understand your progress, history, and also so that others do not reinvent the wheel. When you are a practicing mathematician and/or a programmer, source files are like poetry for a poet. If you don't mind may be we can continue communicate by email L [d0g] lcrypto.com. otherwise the github ticket will turn into a forum 8)
