[BUG] Long project titles overflow

Long project titles overflow on mouse hover.

They should either be:

• on multiple lines by default
• automatically start horizontal scroll of the project name on hover
• have a little tooltip with the full name appear on hover

@marcelfolaron Thanks for the fix, but could we also get the tooltip in the sidebar? Now it only shows up in the fly-out projects list, but it is most needed in the sidebar where the name of the project is abbreviated.
