At the moment, the frequency is hard-coded to display every 5 minutes, and the threshold for the time remaining to be "critical" is also hard coded to 5 minutes. It would be nice if these were configurable from the server side.

These new settings have no server-side behavior and will be transmitted
to the client where they will have an effect.
