Update links on how to freeze headers

How could the content be improved?

In the section on how to freeze headers, the Excel link takes you to Mac instructions (I don't know how different Windows instructions are). The LibreOffice link takes you to the general LibreOffice docs, not specific to this topic.

I have no idea why I put in those handbook links; they were supposed to be to the LC spreadsheets lesson. 😞
