This firmware from April 2021 is now recommended by Raspberry Pi kernel team since it supports SAE. See: raspberrypi/linux#5964 (comment)

I deliberately skipped the firmware downgrade, it seems to cause BT coexistence issue and RPi folks will likely be moving to a newer firmware soon: |
