use a TSA (Time Stamp Authority)

Currently, the timestamp came from the server on which Nextcloud is installed.
It would be nice to obtain it from a TSA,
a default configuration can be freetsa.org , and these requests are managed by openssl.

Hi @Guillaume99, thanks for your suggestion and sorry by delay to repply. You're absolutely right, using a TSA like freetsa.org would greatly improve the trustworthiness of the timestamp.
