Proposed refactor

For the Lightning CLI we're using pythons click library, which leads to very verbose code.
Switching to google fire would reduce the code verbosity, which in the long run would lead to more maintainable code.

Reduce code verbosity for Lightning CLI

Pitch

Refactor from python click to google fire library

Additional context

The Lightning CLI is still a fairly compact code base, so the only time to make a change like that would be today.
