Description
Add a feature to switch between TUIO and mouse debugging.
- Mouse pressed could act as a sort of tuioAdded. Maybe the mouse wheel can do the job to apply an arbitrary rotation to the fidicuals;
- Mouse released could act as a sort of tuioRemoved
