testing: running CI on SourceHut #504

This PR adds instructions for testing Common Lisp code via SourceHut's CI system.

```

Since the Docker image we're given is nearly empty, we need to install `sbcl`
and `quicklisp` manually. Notice also that we're running a `run-tests.lisp` file

Maybe mention other "fat" images that come with everything installed? (like cl-fundation images)

It seems like only certain images are offered: https://man.sr.ht/builds.sr.ht/compatibility.md
