to allow multiple locales for national and diocesan calendars Also, having defined a JsonData class, we don't really need the diocesan calendar index file `index.json` anymore, it should be much easier with the new folder layout and with help from the `JsonData` class to retrieve national and diocesan calendars
retrieve all metadata from the `/calendars` route
remove dependency on diocesan index.json, retrieve diocese name from world dioceses of Latin rite json

and Epiphany can be either mobile or fixed, so just set it to mobile for now
without having to install PHP or required dependencies
image size is still huge at 1.07GB, have to find a way to shrink it further. at least gettext is working, with all locales
it should be one less layer, but the final image is still 1.07GB

dockerignore simply doesn't work with docker compose when building from remote repo
