Description

LizardByte standardization and initial rebrand of fork.

TODO:

• codeql workflow changes at org level (ci(codeql): ensure duplicate languages are not tested .github#438)
• remove pnpm lock file
• remove original lint workflow, only use common lint
• setup branch protection rules
