[WIP] Use docker-machine when not on Linux #10

There are two issues here:

Updating the docker host ip (see TODO in the code).
It seems that Docker has a desktop app for macOS, which handles all virtual machines stuff automatically, so docker-machine is not needed.

Anyway, I modified the script to work with the Homebrew Docker (and possibly on other non-Linux platforms) and thought I would share it with others.
