Proposed solution 1 for slow build with Xcode 16 as described in LoopKit/Loop#2235.

Change ENABLE_MODULE_VERIFIER to "$(CLANG_MODULES_ENABLE_VERIFIER_TOOL)"; which equates No, so disables it.


          Change apple clang module verification to NO
