Pretty much the same as v2.1.2-beta but can also be installed in VS 2017.

This version, the same as the previous one, has only been lightly tested. Use with care.

If you're on VS 2017, it's safer to stay in v2.1.1-beta or even v.2.0.2

Pre-release

This release is not stable, do not use. See #7 and #8

Did some quick changes to support VS 2019. Using AsyncPackage instead of Package so VS won't complain.

Lightly tested with the latest 2019 preview. Use with care.
