The gameflow string is currently ignored. Regression from 4.5.
Issue found by Mahetus.

tr1/gameflow: read leadbar name from gameflow

This restores reading the leadbar name from the gameflow to allow it to
be customised.

Resolves LostArtefacts#1774.
