Fixes #3255.
This is useful when you want to render your own docs from the
--docjson output, and you want to render full listings for your alias and enum types. In my case I want to render a doc page per module file, but this is impossible unless those two types can be attached to their respective files.I also improved the rendering of strings in enum definitions, which previously lacked quotes.
