Merges the upstream QR-Code implementation.

Profile with QR-Code button
QR-Code dialog

Open issues:

  • QR-Code displays the app icon in the middle, maybe we should change it to the mastodon logo, or the instance logo (once available) to be more recognizable
  • save button does not show text/vanishes when clicked, likely due to the increased icon size
  • Scanning is only available on devices with GMS

Ahhhh please make it available on devices without GMS please. I don't wanna rely on google >:(

And my phone is degoogled, so I kind of need it.
