This is new release after project was renamed from hipSYCL.

Now relies on ROCm LLVM/Clang only (https://github.com/AdaptiveCpp/AdaptiveCpp/blob/develop/doc/install-rocm.md).

The ROCm installation used here still doesn't include full-featured LLVM and SSCP mode is not enabled.
