On the current beta 1.11.5 (also seen on 1.11.4), if you go into an apps settings, the ability to edit the per app data is allowed even if "Use global fake data" is checked. It will go grayed out if you check and uncheck the box.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open up an app permissions detail from the app list.
  2. Click the expander in the top right of the screen
  3. Click on "Settings"
  4. Settings are not grayed out if "Use global fake data" is checked.
  5. Uncheck "Use global fake data".
  6. Recheck "Use global fake data". The settings are now grayed out and cannot edit as expected.
