Problem manifests as the jupyter warning notification User's SSH Key undefined. SSH service unavailable. even when public key has been uploaded to the account on the MAAP profile page

Right now, I am seeing that every time I try to upload a public key, it automatically deletes and does not upload

This problem should have been fixed with: #850
