- Delete ALL resource groups (without a specific Tag) under all subscriptions

- Delete any Azure policy assignments and definitions
- Delete Azure App Services including the Service plans
- Delete directory custom roles
- Delete Log Analytics Workspaces
- Delete Azure Automation Accounts
