The original PoC centered around HTML. As the MCP UI progresses, it becomes clear that we're no longer limited to HTML.

The rename shifts the focus to the UI Resource as opposed to HTML or "ResourceBlock".
It adds Renderer to all relevant components.
It aligns casing on all acronyms (upper case).
