Add CLAUDE.md files in different areas

Issue

A lot of contributors use Claude Code. We want to create some CLAUDE.md files in our project to improve our Claude Code experience and create more context.

How to fix

1. Look at how to initiate a CLAUDE.md file in Anthropic's documentation.
2. We think there are 3 good spots to add a CLAUDE.md. The parent directory, /client directory, and /server directory.
3. Feel free to use your judgement.
