Process gets killed after 1st step of "make_diamond_database"

It constructs the diamond database successfully, i have sufficient memory of 1.5Tb per node. But the process of CAT_prepare gets killed in the second step of "make_fastaid2LCAtaxid_file".

Is it possible to start the database construction from the 2nd step onwards. The database is 345 gb and a pain to build again and again after error in first step.

I dont know what the error was as it only showed: line 16 Process killed.

Now i am running with --verbose hoping to find the error.

If possible then provide stepwise construction of database atleast after diamond database is constructed.
