The LogRocket tracker let us understand our platform problems in a remote way. Instead of guessing why errors happen or asking clinicians for screenshots and log dumps, from here, we can replay sessions to understand what went wrong quickly.

LogRocket records pixel-perfect videos of clinicians activity along with console logs, JavaScript errors, between others. Also, LogRocket integrates with error reporting tools like Sentry and Bugsnag to add video and logs to every bug report.
