This change removes the
MNEpackage and improves the speed of theedf2mitfunction which convert EDF files to WFDB format. During the development of this change, I found that the EDF file in thesample-datafolder was not strictly EDF-compatible so I replaced it with a valid EDF file and adjusted the tests accordingly. Further, theRuntimeWarningwhich was occurring intest_2fandtest_2gintest_record.pydue to division by 0 was fixed. Further work will create the accompanying header file.
