Adds a lightweight transformation (MOSAIC) that converts subgraph classification tasks into nodewise prediction by adding representative nodes.

Includes:

A preprocessing script to prep datasets like Elliptic2, synthetic, and others.
Optional support for GLASS-style subgraph labeling.
Example command-line usage.
Compatible with SALIENT++ batching and pipelining.

Tested on several datasets—improves runtime and increases modularity.
