Bugfix/rp 1617 (#26)

* Fix camera topics.

* Fix 3d laser and points.

* Fix navigation paths and costmaps.

* Fix IMU.

* Fix slam_monitor odomtery topic in 3D localization.

* Merge pickup and drop areas into one as there is only one topic now.
Fix the marker array topic from scan to scan_server.

* Fix rviz/Interact initalpose topic.
