New Release for executemany

Hey @elprans could you cut a new release soon? I'm very excited to use the new speed-up of executemany in production. Thanks again to @fantix for his amazing work!

Ah, I was about to gently ask for a new release too, in order to use the new record_class smart feature. Thanks for the great work, and thanks in advance for the release :)

Yep. A new release would be very useful (Thanks in advance 😃). We're still currently on 0.20.1 and a new release with all the cool stuff would be really nice.

And thanks a ton for all the awesome work on asyncpg and uvloop. 🎉 😄
