This commit adds the "standalone" option to VPAIDHTML5Client's Browserify builds to produce a UMD bundle.

This PR adds the
standaloneoption to VPAIDHTML5Client's Browserify build configuration, producing a UMD bundle which has broader compatibility with other build systems.Most significantly this adds combined AMD support, e.g. for the RequireJS optimizer.
