Remove the "Loading Infrastructure Mapping info..." status while loading Plans in the list #694

The
Loading Infrastructure Mapping info...is visible even after the v2v page has loaded completely. The status message lasts for about a couple of seconds until the next polling round, after which the list is loaded with the Infrastructure mapping name.During this "Loading..." state, 'Schedule' 'Migrate' and 'Edit' buttons/menu items are disabled.
It would be nice to load the Plans with the infrastructure mapping name right off the bat.
