Feature Request: Warn if local vimrc is not loaded

Hi, 
this is a nice plugin!
However, I think it would be a nice addition if this plugin would warn the user, when there is a .vimrc file that is NOT loaded (because it was altered by another user).
Maybe even ask, if it should show the file and mark it as trusted.
This could prevent some headache when the file is not loaded, (because it is modified by git or whatever).
