With this PR the addin loads the available lexers automatically from the output of pygmentize -L --json.
The PR also fixes an occasional deadlock when reading process outputs.

Amazing that you got this working, I had some trouble in the past with the pygmentize.exe detection and am nowadays sadly not teaching anymore. I hope I get around to test your MR during my holiday in 2 weeks :-)
