This PR changes the rlimit nproc resource limit to apply to the autotester process, which changes to the limit to be "per worker" rather than for the entire docker user.
Refactors the
set_rlimits_before_testfunction to remove the nproc adjustment (it became obsolete due to earlier changes). Also removes rlimit validation in the autotester in favor of letting the syscall do it.Still WIP. Need to add tests and docs.
