Add compressed bitmaps to
_Bootscreen.husing the RLE method added in MarlinFirmware/Marlin#26419. This will allow some Melzi-based configurations to build which have started to overflow due to increase in Marlin build size. Since decompression code also has a cost in flash space, bootscreens must shrink by 230 bytes or more to actually save space.
