#define NEOPIXEL_LED in Configuration.h

Description

This adds a I parameter (for index) to gcode M150 when NEOPIXEL_LED is defined.
Index is from 0 to NEOPIXEL_PIXELS, when index >= NEOPIXEL_PIXELS all neopixels are selected.

This allows M150 to set the colours of individual neopixels vs just setting the colour of the entire strip of neopixels.
Egs:
M150 R30 I0 set the 1st neopixel to red brightness 30.
M150 U30 I2 set the 3rd neopixel to green brightness 30.

I wanted this so I could test individual neopixels. Could also be used in as a debugging tool as indicators, or just in your gcode for what ever you can imagine.
Eg Could be used as a percentage display of complected gcode if you sprinkle the M!50 in your gcode.
Or create fancy lights patterns to get your attention in your gcode.end file.
NB PRINTER_EVENT_LEDS will over write any manually set neopixels.

Why not -1 for all? in this case value doesn't depend on how many leds are installed and is valid for all installations

This may have broken my Neopixels. I’m no longer seeing PRINTER_EVENT_LEDS working. I’ll test further as soon as my current print completes.

Using M150 I25 U255 turns on all my Neopixels to green, but leaving out the I parameter results in none of the Neopixels changing state. So it looks like the I parameter is not optional.
