Some code and options pertain only to MMU 3, so this PR clarifies these.
Some options pertain to both MMU2 and MMU3, and although MMU3 is like MMU2S plus some other things, items pertaining to both are renamed from
MMU2_BLAHtoMMU_BLAH. Boring old MMU 1.x doesn't have any other options (although it could be made to do some fancier things one day).And, general reorganization. Configs will be updated shortly.
