KAMP 1.0 Migration

This is a migration of the original KAMP project - extended by the Kamp Rule Language.

There is more to come (see #4, #9 and #10)!

I did not include the latest contributions to KAMP and its submodules. Thus, the KAMP version is around 5months old.
