Ground Control Version 0.64
Ground Control Version 0.64
This week we really started getting feedback from our beta testers resulting in an improved calibration system, support for the z-axis, support to render gcode generated with the grbl-generic post processor in Fusion 360, support for setting the encoder resolution and sprocket size for home built machines, a proper version numbering system, a re-organized UI, a 'stop' button when prompted for action, and numerous bug fixes.
Ground Control Version 0.63
Ground Control made so much better with only one week of community feedback. New features include adding a 'Test Motors' button, better rendering for Fusion 360 generated g-code, clearer warning messages, fixed a serial stability bug, and improved behavior when the z-axis is not attached.
Thanks for the support everyone!
Version 0.62 Midweek Update
With community feedback Ground Control is improving too quickly to wait for the end of the week to do a new version!
Things fixed in this version include:
-Running on more windows versions
-Adding a "Test Motors" function
-Better behavior around adjusting the depth of cut
-Error message for when chain lengths need to be calibrated
-Changing the work-space size in the settings is reflected on the UI
-Cleaner UI for changing the distance to move
Thanks everyone!
