Well this was wider-ranging than expected!

We've:

  • added a new report/duct module - this contains the report server utility
  • Hooked that into the flocessor. It's an optional dependency so users will have to add the dependency themselves
  • Updated docs to cope
  • Stripped out the custom serving stuff from example-itest. It's now a standard feature
  • Added a new view mode in the report app - it's an index of reports served by duct

Resolves #461
