Hi @mattfarina and @technosophos.

I am proposing this pull request because I have published glide to PPA for Ubuntu Precise(12.04) and Wily (15.10).

I tested all of this dists using vagrant box correspondents to each version (Precise, Trusty and Wily) for i386 and amd64 architecture.

My plan is to maintain new glide releases updates only for ubuntu releases that have not reached the end of life based on this link.

Like I mentioned in my previous PR, for Xenial (16.04) I wanna to use snappy.

Also I finished glide-ppa project and I wanna to transfer ownership to Masterminds and create a fork based on this repository. Can I do this?

If, for some reason, you guys prefer not to have the ownership of this repository I can maintain the way it is without any problems.

@franciscocpg First, thanks for working on this and contributing to expand it.

Before I make any calls on this I'd like to have a chat with @technosophos. I'll try to do that asap.

Can you add a License file to the glide-ppa project? License matters for accepting contributions and using it. Glide uses an MIT license. Please no GPLv3 or AGPL as we likely won't be able to accept it.

@franciscocpg If we can get a good license in the project we'd be happy to take it into the Masterminds org. Would you be willing to still be an admin for the project there and be active in running it?

Hi @mattfarina
I added the MIT license to the project.

Yes, I can be the admin for the project and I am commited on running it on every glide release.

@mattfarina According to this link Transferring a repository, it's not possible to transfer from an user to an organization without admin privileges on that organization.

So, I think it's better you create glide-ppa repository at Masterminds, clone franciscocpg/glide-ppa and push to this new repository.

Then I am going to destroy franciscocpg/glide-ppa and fork Masterminds/glide-ppa.

Do you think that is the best way to manage this transfer?

@franciscocpg The repo has been setup as you requested. If you go to the org page you'll have an invite you can accept to join the org and you should have access to the repo.
