PhysiMeSS (PhysiCell Microenvironment Structure Simulation) is a PhysiCell add-on which allows users to simulate ECM components as agents.
To work, this needs #153 , #154, #159, #160, #162, #163, #164. (Thus why tests are failing here). If you want to test the complete project, you can use this branch :
