Improve some of the documentation, especially in yaml-validator-cli.
Some of the examples have been updated to make use of some of the newer features like
requiredandoneOf.READMEs have also been added to some of the example folders to better explain what the example is meant to show.
Always run checks on pull requests to master, regardless of which files changed.
