Description

This adds ESM support to js-events. ESM version will be 4.x version. So that continue updating 3.x for anything related to commonjs.

Issues Fixed

Relates to Integrating @matrixai/events into ESM 2.x js-async-init#32

Tasks

1. Migrate
2. Update to version 4.x.
