Move psasim to framework

Suggested enhancement

The current situation about psasim a bit chaotic:

• there is one in framework repo which is unused anywhere
• and one in mbedtls repo which is the one really used in CI testing.

The goal of this issue is to replace the psasim in the framework with the one in mbedtls.

While at it please check if Mbed-TLS/mbedtls-framework#230 still applies. If not close it.

Justification

Mbed TLS needs this because it will help moving all crypto testing to tf-psa-crypto and keeping it in common with LTS branch as well.

Use framework/tools/bin/mbedtls-move-to-framework (Mbed-TLS/mbedtls-docs#145) to transfer the history.
