Note: we could have avoided the need to change test data by returning MBEDTLS_ERR_ECP_FEATURE_UNAVAILABLE here, but that would have been less correct, so I think you did the right thing here.

However, if we consider this for backporting in 2.28, then we might consider making FEATURE_UNAVAILABLE in 2.28 (not here) in order to improve backwards compatibility (ie we wouldn't need to update existing test cases in 2.28).

Use of MPI_ECP_* macros means that a backport to 2.28 will have to omit those later commits.
