Add an option to "loop" over a specific time period

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes there is a problem in a specific time range (e.g. five first seconds of auto) where logs in this time range are desired to be looked at multiple times.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to set a start time and end time and AdvantageScope will automatically jump to the start time when the end time is reached.
