This PR ports over the Eras implementation of MHQ with some changes and additions as well as the era icons from MML; I'll adapt MHQ and MML if I find the time. The goal here was to make this available in MM and MML and to get a feeling how the same can be done for factions. Also, as requested by @HammerGS this adds era names to the years given in the unit summary:
