This PR unifies the highly repetitive code of the various status bars into a StatusBar base class and some subclasses. The base class shows weight, BV and cost and the buttons. The subclasses show heat, slots and a few other things depending on unit type. WS and DS show no additional stuff so they directly use the base class now.
This PR requires MegaMek/megamek#4973
