Basically it plays an alarm and locks keyboard inputs until the page down key is pressed IF the laptop is unplugged from the outlet.

It basically makes it so that the keyboard inputs are fully locked and an alarm sound is played if the laptop's power cable is plugged out. the only way to regain control is to press the page down button
